Leotard-Clad Girlicious Dancing in Rain for `Maniac` Video Shoot

Wearing black and white get-up, Girlicious are dripping wet when shooting a music video for their new single "Maniac". Nichole Cordova, Chrystina Sayers and Natalie Mejia dance in the pouring rain while the director is overheard directing from behind the lens and the new track is played on the background.
"Maniac" is set to be included in Girlicious` upcoming sophomore set which is yet to be titled. Although it was the album`s second single, the music video will be the first clip debuted from the effort since music video for the first single "Over You" has been scrapped.
"Maniac" video shoot aside, Natalie Mejia was arrested on March 9 this year after police found cocaine in her Gucci handbag. The singer was charged with a felony count of drug possession and released on $30,000 bail. She is scheduled to be arraigned on April 15.

In order to accurately capture the conflict in the war field, the band hire director Edouard Salier who has been in Iraq for several times. "The song is really about conflict, and the album [`This Is War`] really is about it too: the inevitability of conflict, the blessing of conflict and what we can all learn from it. We`ve certainly had our fair share of it," frontman Jared Leto told MTV. "So for the `This Is War` video, we wanted to explore another side of it. So we decided to portray soldiers in conflict."
"The video made us realize that underneath the uniforms, these men and women out there in conflict are just like you and I. When we put them on, I looked at my brother, looked at [guitarist] Tomo [Milicevic], and they looked like soldiers," he continued. "You start to walk like a soldier, feel like a soldier, when you`re wearing body armor and carrying a working M4 ... it`s an impactful experience. It was definitely provocative for us. It made us think, and that`s the point of the whole thing."
The music video is yet to have any premiere date.

In one of the rehearsal sessions for the Ke$ha-supported gig, Rihanna is seen playing the drums and working some moves with Tina Landonas.
Rihanna has been hard at work, preparing for her upcoming North American tour. The "Umbrella" hitmaker is playing the drums, singing with her Mad House band and practicing her moves with some backing dancers and choreographer Tina Landonas as seen in a clip showing one of the rehearsal sessions for the gig.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight when met after exiting from "American Idol" stage earlier this week,Rihanna
talked about the traveling show. "I like to think about myself as the last girl on Earth because sometimes people make decisions based on the outlook of others and, you know, to me, my life is my life. It`s my world, and I`m going to live it the way I want to. That`s how I think about everything, that way I`m focused on me, and my work. It`s a really narrow space, a focus," she said.
Dubbed Last Girl on Earth Tour, the traveling show to promote Rihanna`s fourth studio album "Rated R" will be kicked off on July 2 at White River Amphitheatre in Seattle, WA and wrapped on August 25 at United Center in Chicago, IL. Ke$ha is billed to support her on the gig. Nicki Minaj was originally also booked for her opening act, but she dropped out of the gig to focus on completing her debut album.

Former Oasis` frontman Liam Gallagher is urging his fellow musicians to stop complaining about illegal internet downloads because online file-sharing is a good way to introduce music to fans. Politicians in the U.K. passed a controversial bill this week which introduces far-reaching measures to stop the public taking copyrighted material from the web for free.
Many musicians have spoken out in favor of the crackdown, including Lily Allen, Elton John and Annie Lennox, but Gallagher is adamant stars should stop campaigning against illegal downloaders because they actually help popularize music.
He tells Britain`s ShortList magazine, "Downloading`s the same as what I used to do - I used to tape the charts of the songs I liked (from the radio). I don`t mind it. I hate all these big, silly rock stars who moan - at least they`re f**king downloading your music, you c**t, and paying attention, know what I mean? You should f**king appreciate that - what are you moaning about? You`ve got f**king five big houses, so shut up."
